In-Person Voter Registration Deadline
General Election: October 23, 2026,* at 5:00 p.m. MT, is the last day for Utah residents to register in person to vote in the general election. Voters registering on Election Day must have two forms of valid ID.
* While Utah offers same-day voter registration, voters who register after this date may have to vote via a provisional ballot. Contact your county clerk’s office to learn more.

Mail Voter Registration Deadline
General Election: October 23, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. MT, is the last day for Utah resident voter registration applications to be received by your county clerk’s office via mail.
